Great place for a good price.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from the main areas in the city. The staff were kind and tried their best to help. There is a nice kitchen gym and balcony with a beautiful view. Room was big and comfortable. Great value overall.

Wifi was not quite strong in our room. It was working great in the sitting area outside.

Easy check in, it’s my third time there. It is well located, has a good rate and rooms are private

Could not take a hot shower, it took ages for the water to heat and some days there was no hot water at all

Great stay. Really enjoyed the place and the city.

Really enjoyed the facilities. Very sunny and a lot of areas to relax or do work. Has a little execising area which I took advantage of. Location is good. Free coffee and drinking water were a nice touch to the stay. Staff were very friendly.

Wonderful

Lots of space. A dozen common areas including terrace, roof, t.v., computer. Free coffee 24hrs. Great location, standing above nearby buildings with great views & sound location for the bells. Close to transport to monte Alban, on bus route to 1st class bus terminal. Near the markets For the price of a bed you can get a room.

I guess there are a lot of stairs.

Very Good

A good price for a very small, but private room. It was great to afford my own room for a change. There is a nice rooftop with a pretty view. The area is right near some must-go markets, and everything else is easily walkable.

A cheerful shared hostel with private rooms

the cleaners keep it very clean. It's got patio and roof to enjoy the sun. It's cheerful, airy, common areas are spacious. Good view on rooftop. I had extended my stay.

My single room is facing the inner patio, so is not very bright. Same for our shared bathroom

Good value for money but too austere.

They offered to let me change rooms for the second and third nights, which was welcomed because the first room was tiny and dreary. They watched my bags for me since I had a late night bus the day I checked out. Free coffee and water was nice. The location was just at the edge of centro. It was very affordable. The staff were kind and helpful.

I'd be glad pay a bit more for a fan in the room. I wish there had been a chair to sit on. Generally the rooms could be a bit less sterile. They just could easily have been a little more well thought out and welcoming, interior design or even basic amenities wise.

Great relaxing stay in Pueblo, Lovely staff!

The location of this hostel was perfect for me - just a few blocks off of the main square and all shops and activities. I had a wonderfully large room with a street balcony. It was very comfortable and clean. There were many bathrooms you could use and a number of spaces for co working. The staff was So nice! Laundry just around the corner turned around in only a few hours!

Wi-fi was very good in the main areas and even in my room at certain times of the day, so no issues getting co-work activities done (including zoom calls), however, it would be an great addition if the wi-fi could be consistently strong to the rooms - that way you could peruse the web while relaxing later at night! Not that big of a deal but a thought for future. Unfortunately, there are no zoning laws or sound ordinances in this town, so it is true that there is a bar across the street that plays music that you can hear at night. It was decent music and I absorbed it as a part of the culture! But I am guessing some folks may have a bit of an issue if they are light sleepers. This is not a reflection on the hostel at all but I have seen other comments on this and can see that for some folks, they may want to try and get a room farther in the hostel away from that street.
